• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Apple productivity tools (iBooks Author, Keynote, Pages)
• Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (InDesign, Captivate,Storyline)
• Exceptional design and and graphics production skills
• Education in Instructional Design and Technology
• Experience with HTML, UI/UX design

Ability to develop and complete the design process of training project plans Ability to develop new or update training content in all platforms (self-paced (eLearning), ILT, VILT, hands-on training) Ability to develop new or update existing documentation and written content in learning modules Ability to develop and maintain existing Keynotes, iBooks, and other interactive job-aids Ability to ideate training content and learning Quick learner when faced with complex problems and will not shy away from creating new and innovative solutions Has good judgement on how potential creative and design ideas will work within the organization Understands the importance of how graphic design and video production can work within a training program

Bachelor’s Degree, or high school diploma with relevant work experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,700 and $206,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
