Level 5 Acceleration Services is looking for a candidate with 5+ years’ experience to join our Franchise Operations Team in support of our newest brand, GoDog. This role will work with the Director of Training to conduct in-depth job-task analysis and/or needs assessments to create standardized and scalable training solutions for our portfolio brands. This role will develop franchise partner, manager, and associate training materials, e-learning courses, and training-related communications to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory to develop course content. Innovate with Director of Training to create new and refine existing training programs.
- Conduct operational needs analysis and create plans to design, develop, and implement training solutions for all audiences from franchise partners to front-line employees
- Design and develop scalable blended instructor-led and digital curricula, job aids, videos, assessment tools, and facilitator guides that leverage adult learning best practices to maximize learner retention
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to build franchise operations manuals, policies, and best documented practices/operating procedures
- Function as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) for Level 5 and portfolio companies to manage and deliver content, execute reports, troubleshoot with users, and educate franchise administrators on using the platform(s)
- Prioritize and manage the execution of projects including scoping, storyboarding, building, and revising training based on stakeholder and subject matter expert input
- Execute evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness and make improvements
- Work with vendors to produce and edit media for training deliverables (graphics, photos, video, audio, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Degree in instructional design, communication, graphic design, technical writing, or similar field; Master’s degree in instructional design (or similar) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in design and development of instructional material
- Prior experience includes working with complex content, developing training for multiple delivery modalities (traditional/online classroom and self-paced e-learning modules), and LMS administration.
- Proficient in various eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft 365/Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software design tools and multi-media production knowledge preferred
- Ability to quickly gain proficiency when learning new software products
- Advanced process improvement, project management, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-manage priorities with competing demands for oneself and the team
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Superior content analysis, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills
- Motivated self-starter who can positively influence others
- Ability to work with ambiguity and agility in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
