Working Hours (Set or Flexible): Normal business hours are 8-5 PM, Monday thru Friday. Some flexibility to accommodate occasional scheduling issues is fine, but the expectation is that they are available during those normal working hours for the most part. 

Location (Virtual or Onsite): The onsite resource may need to visit SCE facilities just a few times, but definitely not regularly. This role would still be about 90-95% virtual. The clients however, might need the ID to go to a specific SCE facility to observe a procedure of some kind, such as the proper disposal of hazardous waste. The site locations will vary, and I don’t have specific locations or addresses as yet. We will always attempt to schedule the closest facility to the ID’s home.

1. Located in So CA for onsite meeting – full time for 6 months ($100.00/hour for 1039 hours): $103, 900.00
2. 100% Virtual – full time for 6 months ($90.00/hour for 1039 hours): $93, 510.00

· SCE is WAY behind on this project, thus they received approval and funding to get support. They want 2, full time for 6 months to support an entire new curriculum for Environmental services.

Requirements:

• Energy Industry not required but a plus
• Must be experienced with technical content
  • Curriculum is for every time there is a process or procedure, they must be trained to follow all environmental SOPs.
• They will hand our deliverables to their Edison representatives, who will provide them to the leaders that will use the content to train their crews (no access to LMS so distribute via PDFs, etc.)
• Experience with process/procedures/SOP training
