Our client is seeking a skilled Blended Learning Instructional Designer/Developer to create eLearning modules using existing content and videos that show how to perform specific job functions. In this role, you will combine the text and videos and add knowledge checks to create eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline unless Rise is the better choice (level of interactivity TBD). In this role, you will guide our client/SME who is new to the process of developing learning using established Instructional Design methodologies and processes.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Preferred: Degree in Instructional Technologies or Education or relevant certifications.
• 10+ years experienced in Blended Learning Instructional Design and hands on eLearning Development
• Must have expert hands on skills with Articulate 360 and must provide your own license
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive the project while keeping the client informed on progress and adherence to deadlines
• Able to provide best practices and recommendations for current/modern learning deliverables
• Able to work independently and drive project and deliverables (client will not micromanage) and deliver on client expectations
• Exceptional candor about what is possible/realistic and how long it will take is required
• Background check required for chosen consultant

Location: 100% virtual.

Start: November 28th targeted.

Duration: Approximate project duration will be estimated in consultation with client.

Hours: To be determined but will likely be up to 40 hours per week at times and fluctuate between 20-40 hours per week.
