Responsible for development of courses and course components for electronic delivery
Responsibilities

Engage with product, development, operational SMEs, clients and other internal stakeholders to lead and collaborate on learning needs for software updates and rollouts

Conduct analysis to design, develop, and deliver impactful eLearning strategies and solutions that align to support product adoption/optimization and change management

Proactively encourage clients and colleagues to engage with the products we offer to achieve and exceed their goals

Serve as one of several learning technology and production champions, maintaining and promoting a rich tool set to support success

Apply graphic and layout design to all team deliverables including website content, learning courses, presentations for senior management, instructional videos, documentation and publications

Publish eLearning within the learning management system (LMS) and support ongoing content maintenance strategies

Partner with marketing teams and account managers to communicate new content availability as part of marketing strategies and product launches
Qualifications
Required
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
-
At least 7 years of work experience in instructional design, curriculum development, instructional technology, multimedia technology.

Content development experience in a Technology organization, preferably SAAS
-
Solid background and understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or other industry best practices.

Experience measuring training results beyond basic evaluations

Experience using learning management systems and creating SCORM compliant modules

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint), Publisher, Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate360
