The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Leadership Development team in logistics, scheduling, creation of project resources, data collection and analysis, and other duties as assigned. Contributing to the team’s delivery of positive learner experience and achievement of development program goals enhance success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Create reports, handouts, presentations, and complex PowerPoint presentations for meetings as requested. Prepares agendas and creates, compiles, and organizes materials for various meetings, training classes, conferences, or events. Assists in the development of project resource materials using authoring tools such Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. Ensures successful learner experiences by managing logistics, communication, completion, and follow-up. Conducts and organizes research for program development, authoring tools, and other companywide initiatives to present to Leadership Development Advisors and other key stakeholders as requested. Supports key initiatives with project work as assigned.
- Receives direction and guidance from Leadership Development Advisors on program management priorities, department project goals, and companywide initiatives. Liaises with Training for Learning Management System and eLearning distribution to employees, also well as the Communications and Marketing department for proper branding and messaging consistency.
- Works closely with subject matter experts, vendor representatives, and other company representatives to develop and maintain project status, program agendas, scheduling, and calendaring. Coordinates travel arrangements for the Leadership Development team.
Requirements:
- High school GED or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; Office 365, Teams, experience.
- Proficiency in using presentation software.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude; dependable, require minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
