Seeking LMS Admins to provide overall administration and support of SuccessFactors LMS, EdCast LXP and Veeva DMS. Client will provide training on EdCast and Veeva systems.

LMS Admins will provide daily support requests such as:

  • Manage users and user groups
  • Create and manage LMS courses
  • Troubleshoot issues for eLearning modules and test eLearning
  • Create and manage certifications/curriculum, ILT sessions, assessments
  • Manage help desk tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Test and ensure files are SCORM compliant and work in LMS
  • Create and maintain up to date work instructions for all key platform related procedures
  • Coordinate system owners, global learning solutions, commercial functional training teams and Enterprise IT to ensure consistency on cross-functional training and processes

Start: December 5th
Duration: 18 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Virtual/remote

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of LMS Administration experience
  • 2+ years of SuccessFactors LMS experience
  • Familiarity with LXP (EdCast preferred) and DMS (Veeva preferred) systems
