The Senior Learning Experience Designer will design, develope, analyze and evaluate critical learning programs for our team. These include eLearning, instructor-led training, technical product videos, assessments, and blended learning solutions. The Designer analyzes business needs and designs, develops, implements, and evaluates world-class learning /education solutions for the Learning and Development team.

Responsibilities Include :
- Analyzing business needs, identifying training and performance support needs, recommending training and non-training solutions as appropriate.
- Determining course objectives and assessing the most effective instructional method(s) to achieve objectives.
- Revising and updating training materials in response to changes in policy, procedures, and/or results of needs analyses.
- Delivering training as part of a (train-the-trainer) session or a pilot of a new course, as needed.
- Participating in or leading progressively more complex design projects, including computer based, web based, management development, technical training, and performance support projects / initiatives.
- Designing instructional systems and processes that reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners.
- Partnering with learning and development colleagues, end-users, stakeholders, and leaders to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning and development solutions that achieve business outcomes
- Staying current on research, technology, and best practices in Learning & Development, applying appropriate applications/processes to optimize learning experiences
- Partnering with the L&D and Talent teams and assist with current initiatives as needed

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:
- You’ve worked in instructional design / learning experience design in a corporate setting for 5+ years
- You have experience with instructional design technology required (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Storyline, etc.)
- You have designed virtual and eLearning training
- You are comfortable with videography, recording, and editing software required
- You have experience with multimedia development software, training methodologies and instructional design processes
