- Working experience in designing and developing eLearning content
- Strong working knowledge and proven experience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design and develop SCORM-compliant eLearning
- Good eye for visual design
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Skill in operating office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and computers
- Knowledge and ability to use standard office management software including: PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multi-task projects, and complete work within established deadlines.
- Ability to understand and carryout verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in written form
- 2+ years eLearning Developer experience
- Experience in graphic design
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
- Experience ensuring content compliance with usability standards.
SCORM-compliant curriculum for the ALERRT Learning Management System (LMS) for online training, instructor training resources, supplemental training, and informational podcasts for ALERRT
users.
- Design, develop, and implement eLearning SCORM-compliant courses from existing course material and subject matter experts
- Recommend solutions to best support the delivery of online courses based on relevant experience and industry best practices
- Understand e-Learning technologies, such as authoring tools and learning management systems
- Organize, plan, and prepare new e-Learning courses
- Work with rapid e-Learning development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Continually evaluate and improve implemented learning and knowledge solutions
