Job Description
This role will support onboarding, helping with communication within the team, engagement, activities, helping with newsletters, retention and developing overall culture for the company’s internal Ads team. Video and graphic skills along with LMS tools is preferred. This individual will work closely with the Learning and Development team to design new programs and initiatives, bringing proven creative approaches to a range of different learning environments (in person, online and virtual). Additionally, this role will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining existing content, and migrating existing content to online formats.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of current programming, initiatives and iteration.
- Needs-analysis for future programs/training via surveys & focus groups.
- Use your knowledge of processes across the Support Ops team to help managers implement them.
- Seek new ways to develop content that’s simple and engaging.
- Support and coordinate with the team to manage work streams with the ADDIE model of training development.
- Put together a learning experience for learner-led content and materials.
- Use slide decks, videos, infographics, games, interactive learning, and blended approaches.
- Identify gaps in training materials and tailor adult learning solutions to content and appropriate audiences.
Must Haves
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experiences.
- Expert G-suite skills.
- Program facilitation virtually and in-person.
- Strong ability to lead meetings and training sessions independently with confidence.
- GTM Hub site: manage, upgrade, and update the GTM Hub Site.
- B.A with minimum 5 year’s experiencein a training and development role.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and eLearning course apps including Articulate 360.
- Support distribution of new educational programs, tools and systems.
- Manage translation for DMI core modules and all retailer training programs / materials.
- Function as the content administrator with corporate learning for the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
