    Responsibilities: • Serves as administrator for the Continuing Education Tracking System.

    • Provides key support for the continuing education tracking system developing Learning Management System’s (LMS) job aids, creating training curriculums, running, and analyzing annual reporting, , training users on system updates, assessing and implementing new processes to improve functionality and automation of processes.
    • Provides excellent customer service to staff and physicians for technical support regarding the continuing education tracking system and consults, trains, and supports the continuing education system sub-administrators within the organization.
    • Lead for continuing education regular scheduled series and maintenance of certification 2 including maintenance of accreditation standards, approval of applications, and training coordinators
    • Assesses and makes recommendations for education and conferencing software that improve the customer experience
    • Ability to work evening and weekend hours, as well as travel, as schedule dictates
    • Assists with Interprofessional conference planning as needed. Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, education technology, instructional design, or another relevant field. Master’s degree preferred

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of learning management systems and continuing education accreditation process.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Ability to train individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office.

    Experience: Three-Five years’ experience in continuing education accreditation, training systems and processes required. Experience using eLearning authoring tools, i.e., Captivate or Articulate preferred.
