    Cannistraro seeks a Coordinator to assist with a variety of Learning & Development initiatives, including instructor-led trainings, leadership development programs, LMS administration, learning content design and curation, program analytics and reporting. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience supporting learning and development, training, and/or coordination of educational programming or with an interest in pursuing the field of Learning & Development.

    In this role you will:

    • Coordinate all logistical support for L&D events, including instructor-led trainings, both those led by internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external consultants.
    • Administer the company Learning Management System (AbsorbLMS) to maintain integrations, users, registrations, email notifications, course setup, learning content, reporting and analysis
    • Create and maintain a L&D calendar of activities, programs, courses, and related events
    • Manage registrations for external employee training opportunities
    • Monitor and track employee training activities and completion records
    • Develop and administer all training program evaluations
    • Manage eLearning content curation including but not limited to: LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, YouTube, etc.
    • Support development of recorded training tutorials for company applications and procedures
    • Research external training opportunities, as needed
    • Support new hire onboarding and training programs
    • Maintain employee communications and support the development of a L&D communication strategy
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and records

    A successful candidate will have:

    • 2-4 years of experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or previous experience in the fields of Education, Instructional Design, and/or Learning & Development
    • Previous administrative and event management experience in a similar role
    • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems
    • Knowledge of and interest in adult learning theory, digital learning practices, and organizational development
    • Demonstrated ability to efficiently execute projects in an organized manner
    • Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities, organize multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal direction
    • Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to continual improvement
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and to make presentations to small and large groups in an effective manner
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and comfort utilizing technology
    • Prior experience collaborating with subject-matter experts to design and develop training programs, a plus
    • Video editing skills and/or familiarity with Camtasia, a plus.
