We are working exclusively with our client in identifying an Instructional Designer to create training for the sales team on a new product. During this project, you will help develop three eLearning modules (20 to 30 minutes), a template, and one live training to reinforce the eLearning.

The modules will include interactivity, knowledge checks, and the insertion of visual assets, videos, available animations, and voice-over. You will have access to some existing content along with Product Specialists, subject matter experts, and internal designers to assist with any content creation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills and be able to provide their thoughts and ideas on any improvements or changes to the training.

Start Date: Late August

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 40 hours per week; flexible working hours but needs to be available for meetings

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

  • Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or related field
  • Experience creating blended learning
  • Experience creating sales and product training
  • Strong development skills using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Ability to provide consultative and collaborative approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in medical devices is preferred but not required
  • Background check and drug screen are required if selected for the role
  • Must be able to share work samples during an interview
