You will make an impact:

As the Sr. eLearning Content Developer, you will develop powerful and comprehensive eLearning’s for the elluminate platform that train users on the capabilities of the platform and help them to rapidly adopt their processes to maximize the value elluminate delivers. This includes working with SMEs, other team members, and our internal clients to ensure eLearning modules are strategically aligned with learning and development initiatives. As a member of the technical communication team, our mission is to enable our customers to grow their businesses through self-serve content, so you will be playing a critical role in helping both eClinical Solutions and its customers achieve their business goals.

Your day to day:

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning storyboards, courseware, online tutorials, and assessments
• Enable data driven analysis of eLearning modules – deliver evaluation data of modules to incorporate user feedback, coordinate the production team with Subject Mater Experts for updates and development of new modules
• Develop elluminate eLearning content to be hosted on the major eLearning platforms
• Build and nurture relationships with the internal stakeholders and third-party content platforms
• Work closely with the product and services team to create quality educational content on a broad spectrum of topics
• Work with community members through user forums, user groups, and other methods to incorporate learner feedback into existing resources
• Serve as a senior member of the team, providing guidance and support to junior members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience developing eLearning, preferred
• Proficiency with Captivate, Articulate, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination
• Demonstrate good working relationships with creative teams, training leaders, and SMEs
• Proficiency in production workflow
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prioritize multiple on-going projects to meet deadlines
• Process feedback effectively and adjust to provide high-quality products within project timelines
