    As an Organizational Learning Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a team that impacts staff and members in direct and meaningful ways, each and every day! Bring your Instructional Design, Facilitation, and Learning Management System experience to learning programs that continuously improve member and employee experiences. You’ll design, develop, and deliver novel and scalable experiences that go beyond traditional instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, or self-paced eLearning courses.

    Your day might include:

    • Facilitating instructor-led training in classroom and virtual environments
    • Consulting with subject matter experts to construct curriculum and learning program structures for all types of learning channels (online, classroom, webinar)
    • Developing eLearning modules and digital modalities that include video, training scenarios, or screencasts
    • Developing instructor-led and virtual instructor-led course materials
    • Providing LMS Support, including uploading learning objects, creating assignments, and troubleshooting as necessary
    • Planning and scheduling courses in the LMS, including managing enrollments, transcripts, and waitlists
    • Seeking out and attending training (beyond those required) to enhance service skills along with personal and professional development
    • Enthusiastically working in a diverse environment

    What you bring to the team:

    • Bachelor’s degree in education, training or a closely allied field, or related experience may be substituted, year-for-year, for academic achievement
    • 3 or more years of adult education experience to include facilitating, designing and developing materials
    • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and the SAM & ADDIE models
    • 1 or more years of eLearning instructional design experience
    • Experience using eLearning authoring or media development software
    • 2 or more years of MS Office Suite experience and excellent computer skills

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience with Articulate Storyline/360; Adobe Captivate; Adobe Creative Suite
    • Financial Institution experience
    • Practical experience with Cornerstone on Demand
    • Learning Management System experience

    Competitive pay: $ 30.82- $46.23 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package!

    When you’d work: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with scheduling flexibility depending on business needs, non-exempt position
