WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Instructional Designer, you will partner with subject matter experts to create and implement training for all aspects of the Pape’ business including, new hire onboarding, skill training, sales and service training, customized program training, leadership training, e-learning creation, virtual training, and more! You will work proactively in a fast-paced environment to deliver developed curriculum and materials to Pape’ members and continue building the Pape’ Training Library. WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in corporate instructional design and/or content development preferred.
- Experience using instructional design models to create effective blended learning curriculum and assessments.
- Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other eLearning authoring software.
- Experience effectively utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP Litmos.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently work to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and identify solutions with in-depth needs analysis with stakeholders.
- This position can be in-office, remote, or hybrid.
Starting Compensation: $65,000-75,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
