- You will create engaging reports and communications products to increase adaption and manage change.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Four (4) + years of experience as a professional preferably in learning and development
- Experience as an LMS administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience facilitating meetings with organizational leaders
- Capacity to process and utilize diverse information including organizational structure, drivers of business change, eLearning content libraries, and the functionalities of the learning management system
- A team- and customer-centered approach
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with the Saba learning management system
- Experience with course design
- Experience with live or virtual course facilitation
The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
