Instructional Designer – 100% Virtual job

We are partnering exclusively with our insurance client to identify an Instructional Designer to assist in creating multiple projects for their insurance agents. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new content, revamp existing training, and create interactive eLearning and instructor-led training materials.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through the end of the year with a possibility to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week; working hours are flexible, but you must be available during the standard business day
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Strong instructional design background with experience in creating multiple modalities
• Proven experience in creating sales and product training
• Proficiency with Articulate 360; consultant must use their own computer and subscription throughout the project
• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• A keen eye for visuals and adherence to branding standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories (e.g., ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Successful completion of a background check is required for the selected consultant

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
