    The Learning Systems Administrator is part of our growing Talent Management team and is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the delivery of learning experiences and trainings to our internal customers, leveraging all learning management systems and products to meet our strategic objectives. This role drives the processes for scheduling, registering, assigning, tracking, uploading, and reporting of training activities in various platforms, both ILT, VILT, eLearning, and onsite, and serves as the point of contact for any systems-related questions. This role will also be a key contributor to future system enhancements as we bring more efficiency and automation to the function of Talent Management.

    This will be a hybrid position with at least one day each week in the office.

    The Learning Systems Administrator will:

    • Manage all LMS content items: courses, curriculums, scheduled offerings, etc.
    • Troubleshoot queries, issues, and escalations through to resolution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
    • Ensure quality assurance and reporting of all learning activities, including online learning, virtual classroom, and instructor-led training
    • Research and identify best practices for leveraging system functionality to best address business needs
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization and establishes processes through governance to implement changes to the systems to maximize the learner experience
    • Configure and continually monitor the system processes to maximize benefit to end-users
    • Support end-user issues in using the systems/platforms; maintains all LMS related User Guides and reference materials
    • Develop a reliable and advanced measurement process for the Talent Management team; generates reports and dashboards based on business needs; develops
    • Manage the Learning & Development inbox and respond to customers within 24 hours
    • Partner with other learning functions throughout the organization to assess and meet business needs, including curating online content and building targeted playlists
    • Manage our Compliance Training Program and other programs as assigned

    To qualify, you must have:

    • BA degree and minimum of five years of experience with an LMS; other learning systems is a plus
    • Experience with HTML, data applications and business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI; experience using APIs to perform back-end learning administrative tasks id preferred
    • Demonstrated expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Cornerstone is preferred.
    • Demonstrated expertise with MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Proficient with Zoom and Teams functionality
    • Familiar with SCORM files and authoring applications, such as Articulate Rise High level of organization, time management skills, ability to work both collaboratively as well as independently across simultaneous projects.
    • Excellent decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and a high tolerance for shifting priorities. Able to work within ambiguity and meet deadlines.
    • Highly collaborative and uses feedback to improve programs and outcomes. Ability to support large scale change initiatives
    • Excellent customer service ability
    • Ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism to all audiences
