Instructional Designer Job

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying an experienced Instructional Designer with a deep understanding of SAP. We’re specifically looking for someone knowledgeable in Plan to Produce (PTP) and Inventory to Deliver (ITD) transaction workflows. Your role will involve creating a mix of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning materials, including simulations using EnableNow.

You’ll be responsible for determining the structure, length, and interactivity of courses or modules. While there’s existing content, you’ll need to quickly establish rapport with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance it. Additionally, you’ll be involved in facilitating sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Instructional Design
• Strong facilitation skills in technical subjects
• Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
• Previous involvement in technical training, particularly in SAP or similar systems, focusing on Plan to Produce (PTP) and Inventory to Deliver (ITD) transactions
• Engaging facilitation background
• Willingness to travel
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

The position starts in early June and runs until August 2025. It involves a combination of virtual and onsite work, including travel to Cork and Dublin, Ireland, as well as Novato, CA. Travel arrangements will align with facilitation dates.

The pay range for this is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
