    The Instructional Designer:

    • Exercises high-level technical skills to provide design and development services to the department and other customers, including but not limited to the eLearning and other multimedia products for instructional purposes.
    • The Instructional Designer will work with subject matter experts to identify target audience training needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions accounting for project timelines and available resources.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Required Master’s with 2 years in Instructional Design
    • or Related Experience or Bachelor’s with 5 years of Instructional Design Experience.
    • Required Specific Skills also include: Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Adult Learning Theories and Principles, Consulting & Business Partnering Skills & Lifelong Learning.

     


    Location:
    Clearwater, FL (Remote)

    Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

    Shift Hours: 8am-5pm Varies
