As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll help drive business strategy by ensuring employees have the skills and capabilities necessary to meet business objectives. You will work to design solutions that are relevant, impactful, and available across divisions and locations. This is the core level role that spans a broad range of experience and expertise in Talent Development.
What you will do
- Design and curate training curricula with a focus on a variety of learning approaches and modalities.
- Foster social learning and engagement among employees, leveraging subject matter experts within the organization. Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies and incorporate them into our training programs.
- Continuously seek Innovative solutions to enhance learner experience.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with learning content vendors.
- Collaborate and consult with business leaders at all levels, HR Business Partners, and Talent Development team members to align various solutions for maximum impact.
- Facilitate learning through virtual instructor-led training, fostering learning communities, hosting engaging panel discussions, etc.
- Manage the consistent delivery of large-scale learning initiatives.

Compensation
$68,500 – $114,100 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus
Who you are
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of related experience, including at least 1 year experience in designing and implementing learning solutions.
- Program management skills aligned to the design, development and maintenance of learning programs.
- Proficiency with learning technologies, such as eLearning software (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) along with virtual classroom technology and learning management systems.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Delivery or Adult Learning Theory preferred.
