What you will do:

• Develops and delivers eXp University’s training and curriculum in support of department objectives and key results.
• Responsible for the coordination of technical resources needed in the delivery, facilitation and implementation of virtual training.

• Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
• Manages online learning platforms including the learning management system, YouTube, and various podcast platforms.
• Oversees the direction and production eXp University sessions across a variety of digital platforms.
• Collaborates with the eXp University Production Manager and Coordinator to ensure the consistent and high quality of all content.
• Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.
• Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Maintains and designs with a consistent visual design that speaks to eXp Realty branding.
• Analyzes, updates, and refines new and existing content on eLearning platforms.

• Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
• Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

• Dedicated home-office/work space
• Advanced Trello experience preferred
• Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely

Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in instructional design
• Teaching or administrator’s license a plus
• Experience as a classroom instructor
